LOCAL SHIPPING POLICY

Local (Calgary) other than Deep South orders Monday – Saturday received before 3.00 pm, will be processed and delivered on the same day between 6.00 pm – 10.30 pm.
Deep South Calgary (South of Anderson Road) delivery will only be made on Thursday.
Order placed on Saturday after 4.00 pm through Sunday will be processed and delivered on Monday 6.00 – 10.30 pm.
Our delivery agent will attempt only once. If you are not available to receive the order, you will be charged $5.00 for the second attempt.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY (CANADA WIDE)
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All Shipping charges are based on Canada Post shipping rates. We are a fully integrated shop with Canada Post and we ship through all the available options in Canada Post
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
OCCASIONALLY WE DO FREE DELIVERY TO RED DEER AND AREA. THIS WILL BE ANNOUNCED IN ADVANCE.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your Canada Post tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
www.calgarydesistore.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. You can also inform www.calgarydesistore.com through our email id provided in the site or over phone so that we will try to provide alternate solutions
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
